Metabolic Pathway Analysis
July 24-27, 2023

Metabolic Pathway Analysis 2023The 9th Metabolic Pathway Analysis (MPA) International Conference will take place on July 24-27, 2023 at Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) in Seoul, Republic of Korea. This is the first MPA conference in Asia. The previous MPAs have been held in Knoxville, the USA (2021), Riga, Latvia (2019), Bozeman, Montana, the USA (2017), Brage, Portugal (2015), Oxford, the United Kingdom (2013), Chester, the United Kingdom (2011), Leiden, the Netherlands (2009), and Jena, Germany (2005).
MPA is a leading meeting for the scientific community analyzing topological structure-function relationships of metabolic networks to study fundamentals of biology and biotechnological applications. MPA 2023 is the ninth in the biennial series that integrates a highly interdisciplinary group of international biologists, computer scientists, engineers, and mathematicians for four days of discussions focused on state-of-the-art advances in network analysis methodology, theory, and applications.
The conference consists of 7 sessions
  • Fundamentals of network structure and metabolism
  • Advances in methods, algorithms, and tools development
  • Economics in metabolism
  • Big data, Omics, AI in cell, bioprocess, and bioproduct
  • Application in systems/synthetic biology and metabolic engineering
  • Modeling, engineering, and applications of microbiome
  • New frontiers: Applications in food, biologics, biomining, cosmetics, and medicines
