Metabolic Pathway Analysis
July 24-27, 2023
MPA is a leading meeting for the scientific community analyzing topological structure-function relationships of metabolic networks to study fundamentals of biology and biotechnological applications. MPA 2023 is the ninth in the biennial series that integrates a highly interdisciplinary group of international biologists, computer scientists, engineers, and mathematicians for four days of discussions focused on state-of-the-art advances in network analysis methodology, theory, and applications.
- Fundamentals of network structure and metabolism
- Advances in methods, algorithms, and tools development
- Economics in metabolism
- Big data, Omics, AI in cell, bioprocess, and bioproduct
- Application in systems/synthetic biology and metabolic engineering
- Modeling, engineering, and applications of microbiome
- New frontiers: Applications in food, biologics, biomining, cosmetics, and medicines
